try using vinegar pour buckets on her hair and rinse with warm water that usually helps for things like that

My hair is naturally wavy so i usually straighten it. So it gets damaged from the heat. So today I tried this hot oil treatment that involves mixing 2 tbsp. of olive oil with 1 tbsp. of honey, putting it in a plastic bag and heating it in a bowl of warm water. Is this useless? What are the best ingredients to use for the hot oil treatments? Ingredients that I would most likely find in my kitchen?

i use vitamin e on my hair after washing and then dry as usual. it tames the frizzies, deep conditions and makes hair grow fast. for a hot oil treatment put two capsules of e on wet hair. put a damp towel in microwave for one minute and wrap head for about 15 min. you can even put a dry towel over that to help hold the heat in longer. then wash and style as usual. a big bottle of e is cheap and lasts a long long time

Mira hair oil also prolongs the anagen phase of hair growth which results in a longer period of “hair growing time”
It is a good product. The best hair growth oil you can find. It is expensive but I find a little goes a long way! It changed my life and my hair. I recommend it

you know… sebum… the oil that comes out of your skin? Well I have long hair and the ends are always missing out on the sebum. Brushing doesn’t distribute it all the way down. What oil can I lightly apply at the roots that is most similar to sebum?

Also, I currently have Burt’s Bees Baby Bee Apricot Oil and Burt’s Bees Vitamine E (lemon?) oil. Can I use either one of those on my hair or am I better off going without?
